We ship exclusively through the US Postal (USPS) system because they are the most economical option worldwide. The shipping options are domestic First Class, Priority Mail or Express Mail or International First Class Parcel, Priority Mail or Express Mail.

USA domestic shipping delivers in 2 to 5 days. International First Class Parcel delivers in about 10 to 15 business days, has no tracking number and delivery is not guaranteed. You select this service at your own risk. There is no refund for failed delivery.  Priority Mail delivers in about 6 to 10 business days and Express Mail about 3 to 5 business days, both with tracking numbers and guaranteed delivery. Customs may add additional time to the delivery and you are responsible for paying any additional duties or taxes on the order. Express Mail is handled by FedEx or other air express carriers and has excellent tracking. This is also the most expensive option.

Your shipping costs are calculated by weight rather than a percentage of the order. You pay the actual postage rate and we do not markup the postage. Most all carriers including the Post Office round up the weight of a package to the next pound or half kilo. Our shopping cart calculates the weight of your package including the box, but it is not able to calculate how many items can be put in a box, so the postage can often be higher than the real shipping amount. We are constantly fine tuning the fees to get them as close to the actual cost as possible. The shipping costs quoted at checkout are estimated costs for a pre-selected shipping option. We credit you back for the excess postage over $2.00. 

Your Options: When you check out there is a comment box where you can leave a message. If you would like us to ship your order by a less expensive option, please leave us a message in the box letting us know you would like a different shipping option, then continue to checkout with the quoted postage rate. If available, we will give you the options and alternative costs by email prior to shipping. Please double check your email address to make sure it is correct. Excess postage of $2.00 or more will be credited back to the credit card or PayPal account used for the order.

USA Shipping:
Items weighing less than 13 ounces are usually shipped by First Class Mail without a tracking number. Items weighing more than 13 ounces are shipped by Priority Mail with a tracking number. In most cases we use the flat rate box service because it is the most cost effective option. If a non-flat rate option is cheaper then we will ship non-flat rate. Excess postage of $2.00 or more will be credited back to the credit card or PayPal account used for the order.

International Shipping: For most all international destinations we ship by Priority Mail or Express mail. For Mexico and South America Express Mail is the only reliable delivery option. Where reliable we offer International First Class Parcel service with no tracking number or guaranteed delivery. If you select International First Class Parcel, you do so at your own risk. There is no tracking number, no guarantee of delivery and no refund for undelivered orders.

Canada, New Zealand and Australia: The most economical shipping option is International First Class Parcel. There is no tracking number available and it takes about 10 business days for the package to arrive. There is a 4 pound/2 kilo limit to International First Class Parcel. If the package exceeds the weight limit then we ship by International Priority Mail or Express Mail; whichever is cheaper. Excess postage of $2.00 or more will be credited back to the credit card or PayPal account used for the order.

All Other International Destinations: The most economical shipping option is Priority Mail or Express Mail. For most of Europe, Priority Mail has a very high delivery rate. For the Scandinavian countries we have had good success with International First Class Parcel, but the delivery time is at least 15 to 20 business days. Our shipping options for all international destinations are based on the success rate of delivery for the different countries and the shopping cart reflects those options when you see the shipping rate. Excess postage of $2.00 or more will be credited back to the credit card or PayPal account used for the order.

Packing and Shipping: Credit card and PayPal orders will be packed and shipped in 1 to 3 business days, but checks must clear before we can ship; usually a 10 day holding period is required.
