I chose 2 Day Shipping. Where is my package!

Posted on January 12, 2017 by Sandy Ericson

There is not a day that goes by that someone doesn't complain, sometimes very loudly, that they chose 2 Day shipping from the US Post Office (USPS) and can't understand why they did not receive their package within two days of placing the order.

We usually ship within a couple of days from receipt of an order, but our posted shipping window is 3 to 5 days. This gives us time to print or pack the product you ordered. The USPS will show you an estimated shipping time of one to three days domestically or seven to ten days internationally depending on where the package is going. The USPS does not have guaranteed delivery times like FedEx or UPS and the price of USPS shipping is considerably less than the two guaranteed services. The shipping time starts from when the USPS accepts the package. The USPS ships all over the world, to military bases, to rural areas, to every address and PO Box in the USA. They are reliable and affordable. If you need a delivery by a certain date, please select the USPS Priority Mail Express service. That has a guaranteed time delivery option.

We have a small staff, but we move quickly and adjust to our volume as needed to get your package out quickly. Your tracking information will show you exactly when the USPS received your package and when it is estimated to be delivered. They will also show you any delays due to disasters or weather.

If you think your package should have arrived and hasn't, please send us an email and we will track it quickly.
