Refund and Return Policies

The best and fastest way to contact us is by email. We have limited phone hours but review emails on an ongoing basis.

You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund less the shipping charge. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we'll also pay the return shipping costs otherwise you must pay the return shipping. Return all instruction sheets or other information provided. Patterns must be returned uncut or marked, tools must be unused.

You should expect to receive your refund within two to four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item send us and email us with your request and we'll send you information on how to return the item. Save your packing materials if possible.

Important Note: Orders shipped by International First Class Parcel are shipped at your own risk. This method of shipment, although economical, has no tracking number and is not guaranteed for delivery. No refund will be made for undelivered packages. Priority Mail and Express Mail are always the better shipping options.
