Shipping is sent using USPS first class, ground, or priority flat rate mail - whichever is the most affordable and quickest. If you need your package by a certain date please include request when you complete your purchase (in the form presented after you check out) and we will confirm. If the computer's shipping estimate seems high please feel free to contact us or place a note at check out for us to review and refund any shipping overages if possible.
Yes, we ship internationally to any country in the world. How it works? Contact us and you can either receive a quote for shipping directly or you can use a mail forwarding service for all orders outside the United States of America.
I have posted shipping costs for Australia and Canada via United States Postal Service regular service which is about 10 days to 2 weeks. Your order will be insured but will not be guaranteed with tracking. If you would like to have your order arriving in 6 to 10 days with tracking please contact me with your postal code and I will send you a shipping quote. firstname.lastname@example.org
Customer service is very important to the Center for Pattern Design, please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns prior to your purchase. We want you to be happy and aim to respond to any inquiries with 24 hours (business days) - usually sooner. All patterns and printed publications are not refundable. However if for some reason your order has been damaged in the shipping process or if there is some other mishap please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include any images of the damage and description of the issue. We will do our best to solve the problem.
