Get to the Disco On Time: How I Finish The Edges
I am constantly whipping together a new MV Bias Pullover because it is so easy and chic, this is a fabric forward pattern! In order to get to the disco on time - honestly - just turn the raw edge along the neckline and sleeve hem by turning up 1/2” and slipstitch. Usually I leave the bottom edge raw, I don’t hem it. When using more delicate fabric like silk cdc I prefer #50 silk thread with a fine needle. The edge is bias so won’t unravel. Just saying….make life easy, this is a 1 hour top! I know many of us want to make things perfect and sometimes this keeps us from getting things done.
